We don’t believe in "next-on-the-list" staffing. Our Ming Match process considers clinical requirements, personality profiles, and even shared interests. We facilitate an initial introduction to ensure a natural, peaceful connection before care officially begins.
-
We maintain a "Zero-Tolerance" safety policy. Every Miracle & Ming caregiver is a direct employee who has passed multi-level federal and state background checks, drug screening, and a rigorous skills assessment. We prioritize professionals with specialized experience in complex care and health management.
-
Consistency is a pillar of our "White-Glove" service. We strive for a primary caregiver model to build deep trust and routine. If a substitute is ever needed, we provide a fully briefed "secondary" caregiver who is already familiar with your loved one’s bespoke care plan.
-
Our care plans are designed to be proactive, not reactive. We monitor medication adherence, mobility changes, and wellness indicators, providing your family with transparent, real-time updates through our clinical stewardship model.
-
Our care is dynamic. We regularly reassess care plans to adapt to new requirements or recovery milestones, ensuring the level of support always matches the current need.

We are a private-pay boutique agency, which allows us to provide a higher standard of one-on-one attention. While Medicare typically does not cover long-term custodial care, we work closely with families to provide the clinical documentation required for Long-Term Care Insurance reimbursement.
-
To maintain the quality and consistency of our "White-Glove" standard, we generally require a [4-hour] minimum per visit. This ensures our caregivers have the time to provide meaningful engagement and thorough care.

We primarily serve families in Alamo Heights, Stone Oak, Boerne, The Dominion, New Braunfels, and the greater San Antonio metro area. If you are outside these zones, please contact us to discuss custom arrangements.
